Jesse is part of the Hawthorne Union, a collective of coaches who have come together to support other coaches by offering meaningful, valuable opportunities for continuing education training. This is training for coaches, by coaches offered online and in person.

Authentic Masculinity explores ways to identify unhealthy masculine expressions, equip coaches with tools and strategies for effectively calling out those behaviors, and build skill around inviting men into living from a place of authenticity aligned with their values. This training is meant to support coaches in empowering clients to be their most authentic selves. Jesse facilitates this training because it is born out of a place of deep passion and purpose for him and represents both a means of fulfilling his life's purpose and the essence of his coaching practice.
